Handicap Parking

Is there handicap parking available?

Yes, handicap parking is available in the Center Public Parking Garage, located at 3rd Avenue SW, immediately south of the ice rink.

Cost

What does it cost?
A.

A: Skate sessions are $11 for adults and youth 11 and over and $9 for children ten and under. Skate rental is $4 per person.

Forms of Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?
A.

Both credit cards and cash are accepted. Cash is required for skate locker rental. An ATM is available on site during the months of November and December ONLY.

Reservations

How do I reserve my time on the ice?
A.

You can purchase tickets online at TheIceAtCarterGreen.com, or at the Skate Admissions hut. All walk-up tickets go on sale a half hour before our first session of the day.

Where is The Ice at Carter Green located?
A.

We are located at Carter Green on the lawn of The Center for the Performing Arts, 10 Carter Green, Carmel, Indiana 46032.

Parking

Where can I park?
A.

Free parking is available in the Veterans Way and the Center public parking garages. Limited street parking and surface lots are also available in the area. Overflow parking is available in Midtown.

Parking Fees

What are parking fees?
A.

Free - all parking in the City of Carmel is free. This includes covered garages and surface parking.

Waivers

Do I have to fill out a waiver?
A.

Yes, all skaters must complete a waiver prior to getting on the ice. If you purchase tickets in advance, there will be a waiver link in your confirmation email. We encourage you to complete your waiver prior to checking in when you arrive.

Upon Arrival

What should I do when I arrive?
A.

We encourage guests to arrive at the Skate Admission Hut 15 minutes prior to your skating session. If you've already purchased tickets online, please prepare your printed copy or have them ready on your phone to scan at check-in.

Skate Sessions

How long are the skate sessions?
A.

Each session is 90 minutes.

Weather

What happens if there's bad weather?
A.

The rink will be open unless it is unsafe to skate due to conditions on the ice or severe weather. If a session is canceled due to weather, ticketholders will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund. There are no refunds for any other reason except session cancellation.
